On the other side, Charlier et al. (2016) noted that the leadership and communication are also dependent on each other. In support of this, Wilhelm (2016) suggested that a leadership can be successful when the communication level within the organization is strong and an organization is successful when it has strong leadership as well as communication. Effective communication system helps the leaders making proper plan for the future and effective leadership motivates the employees to convert the plan into a success. In the other words, it can be said that by implementing the well developed communication system, the leaders in the organization can build a friendly working atmosphere and at the same time, the relationship between the management and employees becomes stronger. If the employee-management relationship is strong, then the employees become motivated towards the fulfillment of companys goal (Harrichand, Kimball and Kirk 2016). At the same time, it can also be said that if the employees are well motivated towards the fulfillment of companys overall goal, then it is obvious that the company will achieve a sustainable position in the market (Beatty and Pascual?Ferr 2016). This means in order to operate a business successfully and to make a business sustainable, the management of the organization requires leading the employees through effective leadership style and implementing proper communication network. Conclusion In this study, it has been identified that communication and leadership are the most important factors behind the success of a company. In the study has found out that in the given scenario, the CEO of the company has not communicated properly about the financial position of the company with the employees ad well as external stakeholders. Due to this, the company may face several problems in future. The study has indicated that through effective communication, the organization can build team bonding, co-ordination and can clarify the doubts of the employees. On the other side, effective leadership helps to motivate the employees towards the fulfillment of the overall goal of the company. The study has also indicated that the sustainability or success of a company depends on both the effective implementation of communication system and leadership style. Upper-middle class refers to well respected and well paid professional occupations such as doctors, college professors and attorneys. They are considered successful by all classes, especially so by the middle class. The upper-middle is more cultured than the upper or lower-upper class. This group is the biggest supporters of the theater, ballet, symphony and art museums. A person must have at least a bachelor degree but preferably have attained a post-graduate degree to be considered part of the upper-middle class (Skinner, 2009). Th e middle class acts as the dividing line between the upper and lower classes, neither of which has any love for the middle class. The true middle class are the movers and shakers of the nation. They are the real estate and insurance agent, stock broker, entrepreneur, middle manager, car salesman and local politician. They dress for success while fantasizing about expensive cars pretty women and big houses. â€Å"In a free-market society the middle class is always a minority. If your street has a gate and a security camera at the end of it then you are middle class. A middle-class kid can afford a college education, not a web-based degree† (Mason 2010). A middle-class family does not have the electricity shut off due to lack of payment or skip any meals and can afford at least once a year family vacation. The class known as upper-labor is usually associated with the middle class but actually is not. Though some in this group may make more money than some in the middle class an d carry more political clout, they lack the people skills, education and refined character. Their knowledge of culture, history and current events falls short of the middle and upper classes. They are not as adventurous or as well-read in addition to lacking the natural curiosity and drive of the middle class. The lower-labor class is unskilled workers; the roofer, security guard, landscaper, toll booth collector, etc. They do not have expendable income. All their earnings are spent on necessities and they usually come up short each month. There is also the Lok Sabha or House of the People which consists of 545 members. 530 of these are directly elected from the 25 States and 13 are from the seven Union Territories. The prime minister advises the president on the ministers to appoint and as long as the minister has support from the parliament he can continue to enjoy his term in the office. The judiciary is independent of the executive and it has the role of safe guarding the constitution of the land. The Supreme Court is the highest judicial tribunal but each state has its own high court. The labor force was 516. 4 million with agriculture registering the highest percentage at 60% the service sector was second at 28% and industry contributed 12%. The unemployment rate in 2007 was 7. 2% and the population below poverty line was 25%. The inflation rate or the consumer prices in 2007 was 5. 9%. The government budget was as follows; revenues were $145. 2 billion while expenditures were at $182. 4 billion. The public debt both the federal and state debt accounted to 58. 8% of GDP. Agricultural products that are produced in India include rice, wheat, oilseed, cotton, jute, tea, sugarcane, potatoes; cattle, water buffalo, sheep, goats, poultry and fish.
